author breaks down how these parasites excrete waste products that

loss begins as a consequence.

cleansing diet is accomplished via herbs, extracts, and organic
compounds. The diet gives very specific combinations to follow, in easy
to understand terms.

for their specific make up. The ebook does an excellent job of
outlining proper macro nutrient
ratios (Protein, Carbohydrates and Fats) in relation to the metabolic
types.
