Honestly,
even if you don't plan on going on the "diet" (although lifestyle
change is a more appropriate term) the book itself is so full of good
information on nutrition, its a great read. It answers almost every
question you could have regarding nutrition and excercise.
The
other great thing about it is when you buy it, you get to join the
"Inner Circle" for 1 dollar (for the first 30 days, then 10$ a month
after). There are other great articles and the forum is great as well.

there, buying BTFFTM last November basically changed everything around
my eating and my training and my weight loss and my goals. It's very
readable and has essential information about goal setting (which I
